The CoSell Summit is coming in Winter 2027. We are choosing between four cities: New York City, Chicago, Austin and San Francisco. Join the list and we will tell you the city and date first, before registration opens.
How the day runs
One day, start to finish, with an evening reception after. Winter 2027 follows the format we ran in San Francisco on Sep 9, 2026.
A curated room. Seats are limited and come with a modest ticket. Every request is reviewed, so everyone at your table is someone worth meeting.
- Meet the Room. Fast rounds of introductions so you meet the people you need before the day starts.
- Conversations, not panels. Hosted one-on-ones with operators on how AI-native partner orgs run, followed by panels on where co-sell is going.
- Live demos. Operators show real AI co-sell workflows they have shipped: what they built, the stack they used, and what it replaced.
- Working workshop. The whole room applies reusable prompts and shared context to real partnership work, live.
- Roundtables. Pick a table and work a real co-sell problem for 40 minutes, then read out. Topics include hyperscaler co-sell, attribution, partner health and scoring, distribution, and partner incentives.
- Reception. Evening networking to dig into what the day built.
